RN-BSN Early Entry Pathway
Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree
Are you in an associate degree of nursing (ADN) program, or will you attend one soon? Would you like to have assurance knowing that you have a seamless entry point into our RN-BSN online bridge program? If so, the University of Mississippi School of Nursing RN-BSN Early Entry pathway is the right choice for you.
The fast and flexible RN-BSN program will enable you to quickly advance academically and professionally with curriculum and assignments developed for completion around busy schedules. The RN-BSN program is designed for nurses working full-time and admits every semester. It can be completed in as little as one year — three semesters. This pathway provides early entry into the RN-BSN program up to a year and a half early for ADN students.
Early acceptance to a baccalaureate program
The RN-BSN Early Entry pathway can be completed anywhere in the state of Mississippi. This online program requires 40 hours of clinical experience under the supervision of a BSN or higher-level nurse preceptor. Peace of mind comes with knowing that if you maintain program requirements and complete your ADN program, you will have a guaranteed spot in the RN-BSN program. Students have until the end of the first semester within the RN-BSN program to pass the NCLEX-RN®.
